These Terms of Service apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and use of the Honeypack.nl website.

Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Our products are intended exclusively for adults.

4. Product Information and Health

Honeypacks are dietary supplements containing natural ingredients.

The information on this website is intended for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always use our products according to the recommended dosage.

Do not use our products if you:

are allergic to any of the ingredients;
are pregnant or breastfeeding;
have medical complaints;
use medication without first consulting a doctor or medical specialist.

5. Orders and Agreement

An order via our website constitutes an offer to purchase products.

The agreement is only established after we have confirmed your order by email.

We reserve the right to:

refuse orders;
cancel orders;
limit quantities;
refuse orders in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized resale.

You are responsible for correctly filling in all order and address details.

6. Prices and Payments

All prices on honeypack.nl are displayed in euros including VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing the order.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

Payments must be settled in full before shipping takes place.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Stated delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a strict deadline.

Honeypack.nl is not liable for delays caused by:

carriers;
customs;
force majeure;
public holidays;
incorrect address details provided by the customer.

The risk of damage or loss of products passes to the customer as soon as the order is delivered to the specified delivery address.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers within the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

However, due to the nature of our products, exceptions apply in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.

Dietary supplements and consumable products can only be returned if:

the packaging is unopened;
the seal is intact;
the product is unused.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Check your order immediately upon receipt.

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, you must contact us within 48 hours via honeypacks.nl@gmail.com with clear photos of the problem.

We will then offer an appropriate solution in accordance with consumer law.
